Though it's cool to go see the London Eye and Big Ben, East London is definitely where its at. It's less touristy and much more cultured. East London displays great architecture and amazing street art. The Gherkin is one of the most beautiful buildings I've ever seen. I also was astounded by the live video game art by French Artist 'Invader' who usually does 2D wall paintings of pixelated video game characters. In this case, it was real life 3 dimensional fixtures upon the buildings of the Rough Market. Here are a few other shots I took around the city.
